Identity & general settings

• Set company name, logos, colour and font Put the company name, logos, system colour, font and menu style in Company Settings — they appear on the web, the login page, and the app.
• Date, time, language and currencies In App Settings set dates, time, timezone, default currency and language. Then in Currency Settings add currencies, exchange rates and how amounts look.
• Company branches and default address In Settings → Business Address add each location, pick the default, and set tax and the map when you need them.
• Company categories In Settings → Company categories click a suggestion to include it, type a custom name when you need one, then Save. The lists apply across the company.
• Languages and company dictionary In Settings → Language Settings turn languages on, pick a terminology pack, and set your own words for Client, Employee and the rest.
• Custom links In Settings → Custom Link Settings add a title, URL, who can see it, and Active or Inactive. Active links appear in the web menu and on the app Profile screen with Company URL.
