See deals per agent: total, won, lost, amounts, and follow-ups — this is not the Leads report.

Who is this lesson for?
- Sales manager: sees who closed deals in the period, and who still has pending follow-ups.
- Deal agent: reads their own totals.
Before you start
- You need permission to view the deal report.
- This is Deal Report. It is not Leads report. Here every row is an agent and their deals. There every row is a contact and a performance rating.
- You can open this report from the website or from the Reports tab in the app. On the app the tile is Lead report. It is the same Deal Report, not Leads report.
Open Deal Report
From the menu: Analytics and reports → Reports → Deal Report.

Set Duration and Agent (or All).
Read the columns
- Deal Agent: the employee on the deals.
- Total Deals, Won Deals, Lost Deals.
- Total Amount and Converted Amount.
- Total follow-up, and total pending follow-up.
Use Export when you need a file. Click the agent if you need their deals on the board.
From the app
Open the Reports tab, then tap Lead report. You will see deals created in the period by pipeline stage. Change the dates on that screen. Do not confuse it with Leads report on the same tab.
What happens after?
- A deal with pending follow-up needs a date from Follow up on a lead.
- Team cards and overdue follow-ups are in Sales staff performance.
- A commercial or technical proposal does not need a deal. Full steps: Create and send a commercial or technical proposal.
Common questions
Deal Report or Leads report?
Deal Report is deals per agent. Leads report is each contact and the performance rating. On the app, Deal Report is the tile named Lead report.
Why is converted amount zero while total amount is not?
Converted Amount counts won deals only. Open deals sit in Total Amount until they reach a done stage.
Do I need a deal to send a proposal?
No. The recipient can be a lead or a client. A deal is optional.
