Ways to add a client
Add one client with Quick add client, import many with AI from text or a file, or add from the app.
On this page
Who is this lesson for?
- Sales manager or system admin: chooses how clients enter the company when they did not start as a lead.
- Assigned employee: the employee who will follow up after the client is saved.
- The client: does not add themselves here. To let them register, use Allow clients to sign up.
Before you start
- You need permission to add a client.
- If they started as a lead, convert them instead: Convert a lead to a client. Follow-ups and accepted proposals move with them.
- You can add from the website or from the app.
Three ways
- Quick add client: one client from the list, with optional extra fields.
- Import: many clients from text or a file, with AI. You review the table, then confirm.
- The app: Form for one client, or AI create for text or a file, then review and confirm.
Open Clients
From the menu: CRM → Clients.

On this page: Quick add client, Import, and Add Client. Use Quick add client for one person. Use Import for a list.
Quick add client
Click the Quick add client bar. Fill, then Save.

- Client Name: required.
- Email: used later to send invoices and proposals.
- Mobile: country code then the number.
Show more fields

Click Show more fields when you already know the company, the category, or who follows the client.
- Company Name, Country, Gender, and Client Category.
- Website needs http:// or https://.
- Change Language: the language this client sees in the app.
- Assigned Employee: who will follow up.
- Receive email notifications? and Login Allowed? Tick yes only if this client should receive mail or sign in.
- Company Address, Shipping Address, and Profile Picture if you have them.
Hide extra fields folds them. Then Save.
Import with AI
From the list click Import. The page title is Import Client.

One box, two methods — use either, or both:
- Type or paste text: names, phones, emails, companies. You can also mention a follow-up or a payment.
- Attach a file: a large list as Excel (.xlsx / .xls), CSV, PDF, Word, text, or an image. Maximum 10 MB. If the file has a header row, tick File Contains Headings Row.
Data preview stays empty until you click Send and review.
Example text:
Khaled Mahmoud, 0501234567, khaled@example.com, Elite Company
Sara Ahmed, sara@example.com, follow-up Monday
Review the generated data
After Send and review, the Clients table fills with the rows the AI read. A follow-up, a call log, or a payment appears only if the text or the file mentioned it.

Read every row. Fix a cell if a name or a number is wrong. Check Login Allowed? before you confirm. Then click Import clients. Nothing is added before that click. Back leaves without importing.
From the app
Form

From home tap + then Clients. Stay on Form. Client name is required. Then Save.
AI create

Open the AI create tab. Paste names or tap Attach a file, then Analyze. The next screen is Import preview. Check the rows, then tap Import clients. Nothing is added before that tap.
What happens after?
- The client is on the list — from quick add, from import after you confirm, or from the app.
- The assigned employee can call, add a follow-up, or send a proposal. A deal is not required to send a proposal.
- Daily work on this client is in Work with clients.
Next: Work with clients.
Common questions
Should I add a client here or convert a lead?
Convert when they started as a lead, so follow-ups and accepted proposals move with them. Use Quick add client or Import when they were never a lead.
A long Excel list?
Import on the web, or AI create on the app. Attach the file, click Send and review or Analyze, check the table, then confirm.
One name from a call?
Quick add client, or Form on the app.
Should login be allowed?
Only if this client should sign in to the app. Leave it on no if they only receive invoices by email or WhatsApp.
Do I need a deal to add a client?
No. A deal is not required to add a client or to send a proposal.
