Who is this lesson for?
- Sales manager: sees who has no rating yet, and who needs a follow-up.
- Assigned employee: opens the same report for the contacts they follow.
Before you start
- You need permission to view leads. The leads module must be enabled.
- This is Leads report. It is not Deal Report. Here you read contacts. There you read deals per agent.
- You can open this report from the website or from the Reports tab in the app.
- A periodic notification can arrive on the app when automatic performance rating has run. That is set in Performance ratings.
Open Leads report
From the menu: Analytics and reports → Reports → Leads report.

Performance notes summarise the ratings. Performance ratings is the chart: Very good, Good, Average, Bad, Very bad, and Unrated.
Filter the list
- Duration: the date range.
- Type: All, Lead, or Client.
- Performance: All, or one rating.
- Activity: All, or No follow-up or action.
- More filters: Date Filter On (Created On or Updated On), lead category, lead source, agent, and added by.
Read the table

The columns are contact name, company, email, mobile, source, lead category, agent, Performance, and created on. Click the name to open the contact. Use Export when you need a file.
From the app
Open the Reports tab, then tap Leads report. You will see the notes, the ratings chart, and the same list. Change the period from the filters on that screen.
What happens after?
- Open a row with a weak rating and add a follow-up from Follow up on a lead or Work with clients.
- Team totals by employee are in Sales staff performance.
- Won and lost deals by agent are in Deal Report.
Common questions
Leads report or Deal Report?
Leads report is the contact and the performance. Deal Report is deals per agent: total, won, lost, and amounts.
Why is everyone Unrated?
Automatic rating has not run yet, or there are no calls and follow-ups to rate. Turn it on in Performance ratings.
Type Lead or Client?
Lead is still a prospect. Client was converted or added as a client. Choose All when you want both.
Does this report need a deal?
No. A contact can appear here with no deal.
