Sales staff performance
Compare the team on won deals, follow-ups, and conversion to a client — then open one employee.
On this page
Who is this lesson for?
- Sales manager: compares the team in one period.
- Assigned employee: opens their own row to see overdue follow-ups and next steps.
Before you start
- You need permission to view leads. The leads module must be enabled.
- This report is the team. Leads report is each contact. Deal Report is deals per agent without the follow-up cards.
- You can open this report from the website or from the Reports tab in the app.
Open Sales staff performance
From the menu: Analytics and reports → Reports → Sales staff performance.

Set Duration and Employee (or All). Count by starts on Closed in period (results that closed in the dates). Switch to Assigned in period when you want opportunities that arrived in those dates, even if they have not closed yet.
Read the cards
Under Results: Won value, Won deals, Lost deals, Win rate, New assigned, Overdue follow-up, and Lead to client.
Under Follow-up: overdue follow-ups, No next step, and Expected to close this week, not updated.
More filters has sort (Won value, Win rate, Target, New assigned, name) and the pipeline.
Compare the team

Team comparison is one row per employee. Click the name to keep that employee on the same page.
Pipeline stages shows the pipeline: stage, total, value, Move-on rate, and Avg days in stage.

Below the table: Overdue follow-ups and No next step. Open a deal from those lists and set the next follow-up.

Expected to close this week, not updated are deals whose close date is this week and no one has updated them. Do not save Monthly target unless you intend to change the goal.
From the app
Open the Reports tab, then tap Sales staff performance. Use the period and Closed or Assigned. Open an employee to see the same cards.
What happens after?
- Pick a row with overdue follow-up and work the contact from Follow up on a lead.
- Conversion to a client is explained in Convert a lead to a client.
- Deal totals without the follow-up cards are in Deal Report.
Common questions
Closed in period or Assigned in period?
Closed in period is what finished in the dates. Assigned in period is what was received in the dates, even if it is still open.
Why are won deals zero?
No deal reached a done stage in this duration, or the employee filter hides the agent who closed them.
Is this the same as Leads report?
No. Here you compare people. There you read each contact and the performance rating.
