To put a backup back into the company, contact support. Send the file name or the date and time from the list. Download keeps a file on your computer — it does not restore the company.
What happens after you create it?
- The file appears in the list when the copy is ready.
- Download keeps a copy on your computer. Store it somewhere safe.
- Delete removes that file from the list. You cannot undo delete.
- Restore is only through support.
