Set company name, logos, colour and font
Put the company name, logos, system colour, font and menu style in Company Settings — they appear on the web, the login page, and the app.

Who is this lesson for?
- Company admin: sets how the company looks before the team starts daily work.
- Employees and clients: do not open this page. They see the result on login, the sidebar, and the app.
Before you start
- You need permission to manage company settings.
- Have the dark-mode logo, the light-mode logo, and a square favicon ready (PNG, JPG, SVG or BMP). Optional: a login background (1500 × 1056 px).
Open Company Settings
From the menu: Settings → Company Settings.
System colour, font and sidebar theme
The first panel is Theme Settings.
| Field | What it is |

| System Color | Buttons, links and accent widgets on the web and in the app. Pick a swatch or a custom hex. |
| Font Family | A Google font that supports Arabic. Default is Cairo. The preview under the list shows Arabic and English together. |
| Sidebar Theme | Dark or Light for the left menu. This is not the page Theme Style (Colorful / Base / Classic) — that lives under Dashboard settings. |
Sidebar menu style
Choose New menu (compact) or Classic menu. The tiles preview the two layouts. This is the shape of the menu, not its dark or light colour.
Company details
Scroll to Company Details.

| App Name | The short name at the top of the sidebar and on the login page. |
| Company Phone | Required. Send a code, then verify. A verified number shows a check; use Change phone number to replace it. |

Logos
Under Company Logo:
- Dark Mode Logo: shown when the interface is dark.
- Light Mode Logo: shown when the interface is light, including the sidebar in Light.
- Login Screen Background Image: the picture behind the login form (1500 × 1056 px).
- Favicon Image: the tab icon (192 × 192 px).
Login logo colours
Under Login Screen Logo's background Color, pick the bar behind the logo on login, then Dark or Light for the logo text. Light text needs a dark bar.
Click Save. Use Default Theme restores the default colour and related theme values only — it does not wipe the name or the logos.
What happens after you save?
- The sidebar, buttons and app use the colour and the font.
- The matching logo shows in Light or Dark.
- Login shows the app name, logo, background and the Sign in colour.
Common questions
When is the dark logo used?
When the person viewing is in dark mode. Light mode uses the light logo.
Do colour and font reach the app?
Yes. The same system colour and font apply on the web and in the employee app.
Where is Theme Style (Colorful / Base / Classic)?
Not this page. Open Settings → Dashboard settings → Theme Style.
App Name or Company Name?
App Name is the short label on the sidebar and login. Company Name is the full name on records.
