Custom links
In Settings → Custom Link Settings add a title, URL, who can see it, and Active or Inactive. Active links appear in the web menu and on the app Profile screen with Company URL.

Who is this lesson for?
- Company admin: adds the shortcuts the team opens from the menu.
- Employees and clients: do not open this page. They see an active link in the web menu and on the app Profile screen if their role is allowed.
Before you start
- You need permission to manage Custom Link Settings.
- Have the full URL ready (including https://).
Open Custom Link Settings
From the menu: Settings → Custom Link Settings.
The table
Each row is one link.
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Link Title | The name in the menu, for example Company website. |
| URL | Where it opens. It opens in a new tab. |
| Can Be Viewed By | The roles that see it. Admin always sees an active link. |
| Status | Active shows in the menu. Inactive is hidden. |
| Action | Edit or Delete. |
Delete asks: Are you sure? then You will not be able to recover the deleted record! Confirm with Yes, delete it!
Add New Custom Link
Press Add New Custom Link.

Then Save. Or Cancel.
The menu
An active link sits in the web sidebar, above Settings. It opens in a new tab.
The app
On the app open Profile. The active link appears in the same list as Company URL, with the title you saved. Tap it to open in the browser.
What happens after you save?
- Active + the person’s role is allowed → they see it on the web and on Profile in the app.
- Inactive → hidden until you set Active.
- Admin sees every active link.
Common questions
Why is Admin missing from Can Be Viewed By?
Admin always sees active links. Pick the other roles that should see them.
The link is missing from the menu or from Profile?
Check Status is Active, and the role is in Can Be Viewed By.
