Languages and company dictionary
In Settings → Language Settings turn languages on, pick a terminology pack, and set your own words for Client, Employee and the rest.

Who is this lesson for?
- Company admin: chooses which languages the company uses and the words the team sees for Client, Employee and similar names.
- Employees and clients: do not open this page. They see the words on the account, public pages and documents.
Before you start
- You need permission to manage company settings.
- The default language of the account is set in Date, time, language and currencies. This page is the extra languages and the dictionary.
Open Language Settings
From the menu: Settings → Language Settings.
Use the words your team and clients know. Changes apply across the account, public pages and documents. You can restore defaults anytime with Reset to default.
Company languages
Under Company languages:
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Language Name | Arabic, English, and any other language on the plan. |
| Language Code | ar, en, … |
| Status | A switch to turn that language on. The company default language shows -- and stays on. |
Terminology pack
Under Terminology pack open the list and pick the pack that matches the business. The pack fills many names at once.
Example — what Client / العميل becomes:

On trial you may see a yellow notice that the pack cannot change until you subscribe.
Custom terminology
Under Custom terminology change one name when the pack word is not what you say. Search a word such as Client.
Example: the default is Client / العميل. Type Customer / زبون in Your word.

| Default word (EN) / (AR) | The built-in word. You do not edit this column. |
| Your word (EN) / (AR) | What the company shows instead. In the example: Customer / زبون, Specialist / أخصائية, Prospect / مهتم. |
Then Save under the table.
What happens after you save?
- Menus, forms and documents use your words — Client as Customer, or Patient if you picked Healthcare.
- The extra languages you turned on appear in language pickers.
- Reset to default clears custom names and restores the pack words.
Common questions
Pack or Your word?
The pack Healthcare turns Client into Patient on every screen. Your word then changes that one name, for example to Customer / زبون.
Yellow notice on trial?
The pack stays locked until you subscribe. Open the link in the notice when you are ready.
Why is there no switch on Arabic?
That is the company default language. It must stay enabled.
