Module Settings
From Settings open Deexe Store (Choose modules on trial). Pick modules, subscribe or update, then turn a module you already have on or off.

Who is this lesson for?
- Company admin: chooses modules, subscribes, and turns a module on or off.
- Employees and clients: do not open the store. They see menus of modules that are on.
Deexe Store is where you add modules to the company and subscribe. Module Settings is the switch list for modules already in the company.
Before you start
- You need company admin access.
- Open Settings from the account.
Open Deexe Store
From the main menu, the Deexe Store card → Manage modules.
Or Settings → Deexe Store. On trial the same item is named Choose modules.
The store
Modules are grouped:

| Projects Management Modules | Projects and tasks. |
| Finance and Accounting | Invoices, payments, expenses. |
| Website Management | The company website. |
| Other modules | Anything not in the groups above. |
On trial — select, update, subscribe
Tick the modules you need. Untick one you no longer want. Select All turns a whole group on or off.
The Summary lists Selected Modules, Currency, and Subscription Type: Monthly or Annually (−40%). The note on the page says no payment is required during the 7-day trial.

After you subscribe — buy, activate, turn off
The same store then splits modules you already have from extras.

| Active | The module is on. Click it to turn it off. The browser asks: Deactivate [module] for admins, employees, and clients? |
| Inactive (Click to activate) | The module is in the plan but off. Click it. The browser asks: Activate [module] for admins, employees, and clients? |
| Activate | A free extra. Turns it on with no payment. |
| Mark for purchase | Adds a paid extra. The button becomes Selected. |
Summary then shows Included in your plan and New modules to purchase. The amount is Estimated for remaining licence period. Subscribe now charges that amount. You must add a new module or change employee seats first.
Module Settings
Settings → Module Settings. Tabs: Admin, Employee, Client.
Flip the switch to show or hide a module you already have. The Settings module stays on — you cannot turn it off.
What happens after you save?
- Menus, dashboards and the app follow modules that are on.
- Turning a module off hides it. It stays in the plan until you change the store selection.
- A purchase you complete continues until the current package end date, then with the rest of the plan.
Common questions
Store or Module Settings?
The store adds modules and takes payment. Module Settings only turns on or off what you already have.
Update modules or Subscribe now?
Update modules is for the trial, with no payment. Subscribe now is payment — on trial for the whole selection, after subscribe for extras you marked.
Select All?
One group only. Other groups stay as they are.
Trial and Number of Employees?
The trial supports up to 10 employees. For more seats use Subscribe now.
